Day 13: Saturday 9/21/2019

Saturday morning 11:59 am -- Nearly at two full weeks into my work sabbatical, and feeling pretty good. Bruised and sore from the jiu jitsu and other exercise I've been cramming in, but generally feeling very good. I started taking a multivitamin about 4 days ago, and re-incorporating regular consumption of red apples into my diet. Most of my non-physical activity has been devoted to writing and organizing my Linkedin profile. Officially, my sabbatical goals are right around 50%.
